  • Week 4: Deep cellular hydration and restoring mineral balance, while continuing to refine rhythms, nutrition, and stress management.

  • Week 5: Reframing mindset & beliefs to shift your internal dialogue and nervous system response, while sustaining all prior shifts.

  • Week 6: Integration—bringing it all together so these changes become second nature.

I’m Amy, a holistic nutrition consultant, former restaurant owner, and mama. For years, I built a life in the Bay Area doing everything I thought would bring happiness—opening a successful business, buying a home, and settling in for the long haul with my sweetheart of a husband. But over time, I felt out of sync. I relied too much on sparkling wine and rosé to lift my spirits. I felt restless, depleted, and unfulfilled. That’s when my journey began—though I had no idea where to start.

Over the past decade, I’ve gathered the knowledge and tools that make up this program. Through trial and error, deep learning, and personal transformation, I created RESET to simplify the overwhelming world of wellness and help you find your way back to yourself.

Why these five areas of focus? Because when you align them—when you put even small effort into each—the results are truly transformative. This is how I regained my energy, vitality, and life force. And you can too.

Today, my version of a life I love is living in a Mexican beach town, playing beach volleyball, and catching as many sunsets as I can—a quiet life that has allowed my nervous system to fully relax and repair. Your version will be uniquely yours and I can’t wait to see what it is!
